General Pest Control
One plan that keeps ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, and mice out of your home year-round — built around your house, not a one-size route sheet.
Our approach
Most pest problems don't start indoors. They start at the foundation line, in the mulch bed, under the deck, and in the gaps around pipes and siding — and by the time you see pests in the kitchen, the population outside is already established. Our recurring home protection plan works where the problem actually lives: a thorough initial service inside and out, then scheduled exterior treatments that maintain a protective barrier through every season.
Every visit is performed by a licensed, background-checked Urbanex technician who inspects, treats, and documents what they found — not a spray-and-go stop. We de-web eaves, treat entry points, knock down wasp starts, and flag conditions (moisture, gaps, vegetation contact) that invite pests back.
And because pest pressure doesn't follow a calendar, the guarantee matters more than the schedule: if pests show up between visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge. That's the plan working, not failing — you should never feel like you're paying twice for the same problem.

General Pest Control questions, answered straight
What pests does the home protection plan cover?
The plan covers the common household invaders: ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, crickets, silverfish, millipedes, and mice, among others. Termites, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and German cockroach infestations are specialized services with their own treatment protocols and separate pricing — we'll tell you plainly if what you have needs one of those instead.
Do I need to be home for every service?
No. After the initial visit, recurring services focus on the exterior barrier, so most customers don't need to be home. If you'd like interior attention on any visit, let us know and we'll schedule it when you're there.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians according to their labels, with targeted placement rather than blanket spraying. Your technician will tell you exactly what was applied, where, and any short re-entry intervals — typically just letting treated surfaces dry.
What if pests come back between visits?
We come back the same or next day, free. Re-services between scheduled visits are unlimited and included in the plan — no fine print, no per-trip charge.
Our service guarantee
Unlimited free re-services, same or next day. If covered pests come back between visits, so do we — the same or next day, at no additional charge, as many times as it takes. That promise is in writing on every service report.
100% money-back guarantee. If we've been out three times for free re-services and your covered problem still isn't solved, we refund your last service payment. Clear terms, in writing.
The Web-Free Guarantee®. If we see a spider web on your home, we knock it down — every visit, every home. It's a small thing that tells you how the big things get done.
